Feb. 28, 2024, 11:25 p.m. - pub number 4 = Chaplin's theatre pub. Interesting place, other than us it's a group of men at the bar chatting to the bartender. Proper local vibes, slightly scared but I like it
Feb. 28, 2024, 9:44 p.m. - pub number 3 = Zum Altenfelder Riter. Recommend by a cool musician from Lincoln who married a hamburger! So far so good; cheap pints + it's a smoking pub which I've never been to before but makes a nice smoky atmosphere
Feb. 28, 2024, 8:41 p.m. - Review of Max und Consorten in Hamburg: 11/10 great atmosphere, very cool decor, we have a nice bench to ourselves, pints very refreshing (tad on the spenny side but can’t have it all), food was absolutely amazing: we both got fish and roasted vegetables

Feb. 28, 2024, 1:58 p.m. - after being lulled to sleep by a German business meeting we've just been dropped off by a train station in Hamburg. I've just ordered a hamburger in Hamburg!! Absolutely buzzing can't wait to demolish it! Will update with the plan once we have eaten
Feb. 28, 2024, 12:32 p.m. - After a tram to the outskirts of Hannover we had our signs up for a while but I was not complaining- sun out, music playing it was very nice. Now Johan is taking us to Hamburg (might ask to jump out at a service station we've heard bad things about Hamburg). Johan is an ex hitcher who would go to Hamburg to see his girlfriend!
Feb. 28, 2024, 10:32 a.m. - after holding my pee in for an ungodly amount of time on that bus I have just payed €1 to go to the worlds dirtiest toilet - not the best start to Hannover however we have found a nice coffee and prestel shop and will reassess once refuelled

cold! After hours of wandering the deserted streets of Einhoven the bus is finally here!
Feb. 28, 2024, 12:38 a.m. - we were having fun in the train station making some new signs in preparation for tomorrow until we got kicked out. Now have gone to a very nice (and warm) hotel and gonna wait here until the bus (3:55am) that will take us to Hanover. Big shoutout to Marianne for letting us borrow her EU adaptors !

Feb. 25, 2024, 2:34 p.m. - I think I was a bit harsh to Dunfermline it was just a bit too out the way. We have managed to get a lift to a petrol station at the edge of Edinburgh and now a lovely Scottish man is driving us to West Linton!
