Feb. 28, 2024, 11:37 a.m. - We blagged our way onto 2 buses and now sat comfortably on the upstairs deck of a train destined for Hamburg. Just about the entire German army stopped at our previous service station but we were not recruited as comrades!

Feb. 28, 2024, 12:02 a.m. - We have been dropped off by Mark and his new car between Bremen and Hamburg at an interesting German service station
Feb. 27, 2024, 10:05 p.m. - wow wow and more wow. What can I say except we are still speeding our way through Germany. Josh is snoring away but we are on the move! I made a beautiful diary entry earlier on this journey which I will post on our insta at some point because it is quite some prose if I can say so myself
Feb. 27, 2024, 7:38 p.m. - Dikestras was lovely as previously mentioned although he did drop us off at possibly the worst service Station possible (we have said that 4 times now) but we then heard the revving roaring engine of a Peugeot sports car and after a little chat a man headed to Sweden is kindly taking us somewhere in Germany hooray! We’re in his brand new car and he owns a very impressive collection, acquired over his years of living in 13 countries.
Feb. 27, 2024, 6:40 p.m. - Dikestras, Belgian man (and avid Scottish indpendence supporter) warned us many times that if he were his children, he wouldn’t not condone this but nonetheless we have been taken to another service station and officially cross the border into the Netherlands!

Feb. 27, 2024, 1:01 p.m. - After a Flemish blemish confused about train names, we found a delightful man and blagged our way onto a train from Lille into Brussels. Faith in humanity restored. Merci SNCF!

France nous te voyons babyyy. We’re making a Lille trip and from there nous espérerons une ange after a long awaited boulangerie break. We’ve been told recently about a 3 year long no money no technology German pilgrimage where they carry big sticks and wear Victorian clothes so if you don’t hear from us you know what we’re up to.
